Over the last few days we have been listening to extracts of ‘The Twits’ by Roald Dahl- more specifically the character profiles of Mr Twit and Mrs Twit. Today we began to write our own profile about Mr Twit. We have really enjoyed this as he’s such an unusual character.

During our English sessions we have been looking at Oxford Reading Tree stories -more specifically those that take the children on a adventure to a different place using a magic key. This week we have been practising writing openings and describing the settings and characters.
Today we moved onto writing about a ‘problem’ that the children may face and the possible ‘resolutions’.
